After launching its first foldable device, Infinix Zero Flip, in November 2024, Infinix has now unveiled its latest innovation—the Zero Series Mini tri-fold smartphone. The announcement comes ahead of the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025, where more specifications and details are expected to be disclosed.
Infinix emphasizes that a triple-fold smartphone is no longer a distant concept. While the full hardware specifications remain undisclosed, the company has showcased the dual-hinged, triple-folding mechanism, marking a significant leap in smartphone technology.
The Infinix Zero Series Mini is a concept smartphone designed to replace multiple gadgets with a single, multifunctional device. It boasts a dual-screen setup when folded, offering real-time multilingual conversations with translated content displayed side-by-side for both users.
While pricing, availability, and detailed specifications remain under wraps, MWC 2025 is expected to bring further revelations about the device.
Currently, Huawei is the only company to have launched a triple-fold smartphone—the Huawei Mate XT, introduced in September 2024 and globally released in February 2025 (excluding India).
Meanwhile, Samsung has been working on its own triple-fold phone for years. The company showcased a concept in 2023, but no official launch has been confirmed. However, recent rumors and leaks suggest that Samsung’s Galaxy G Fold may debut in July 2025 alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 7.
